PART 1: PRIVACY POLICY

1. Overview

Simeio is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our goal tracking application. Our core principle is simple: your data stays on your device, under your control.

2. Information We Collect

Locally Stored Data: Simeio primarily operates on your device. We collect and store the following information locally:

• Goals: Titles, descriptions, categories, cadences, and target counts
• Progress Data: Completion timestamps and cadence period tracking
• Mood Logs: Mood entries and associated notes
• Notification Settings: Your notification preferences and scheduled reminder times
• App Preferences: Theme selection, layout preferences, and feature toggles

In addition to locally stored data, Simeio collects crash analytics data in the event of an app crash. See Section 3 for full details.

3. Crash Analytics

In the event of an app crash, Simeio automatically collects crash analytics data using Firebase Crashlytics, a third-party crash reporting service provided by Google. This data is transmitted to Firebase servers and is used solely to identify, diagnose, and resolve bugs and errors in the app.

Data collected during a crash includes:

• Crash logs and stack traces (technical details about what caused the crash)
• Device model and manufacturer
• Operating system version
• App version and build number
• Device state at the time of the crash (e.g., orientation, available memory, available disk space)
